I must say that I am extremely happy with the outcome. Since i underwent a surgery i had to join yoga classes after a long gap. Mamatha mam creates magic in the class everyday with variety of asanas. Each day is a new learning. She even gave tips on diet and has helped me incredibly. Through this class and diet i have lost at least 8 to 9 kgs during this period. I feel more active, energetic and confident now.
